Presenters include specialists from the Regional Education and Research Center on Earthquake Risk Management and Resilience for West and Central Asia (RCECWA), the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), the College of Civil Engineering at Fuzhou University (FZU), and the International Institute of Earthquake Engineering and Seismology (IIEES).
